Not run and gun, sprint and gun

Here's the new world. One meeting to figure out the strategy and the creative. One day to shoot the video and 13 still portraits. Making advertising used to be a white collar job. It's never been bluer. I'm down on the floor shooting people, carrying gear, solving problems, writing copy, and making it happen. At the end of the day, I sweated through a shirt and I smell like a wet goat. But I made a lot of things. The new economy is not about sitting in ass-busting meetings for days and days talking about nothing. It's about getting out and making things. Fine by me. I love making things.
